What began as a carefully curated pet boutique on London’s iconic King’s Road has grown into a lifestyle brand created for modern pet lovers like you. Where it all began 

Founded in 2018 in the heart of Chelsea, Love My Human quickly earned a reputation as a stylish, design-led pet boutique and grooming destination. But it was never just a place to shop – it was created for people who believe pets deserve products that are just as well-made, thoughtful, and beautiful as anything we buy for ourselves.

At the core of the brand is Jenny, a creative visionary with an impressive background in luxury design. A graduate of the Royal College of Art, she honed her skills working with renowned names including Jasper Conran, Vidal Sassoon, Wagamama, and Shanghai Tang – before turning her attention to hospitality projects for the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

Then came Alfie and Belle – two Tibetan Terriers who joined Jenny’s life in 2012 and, unknowingly, changed everything. They became her muses and the spark behind what would become Love My Human.

Working alongside her is Venetia, an experienced interior designer with a long-standing career in textiles and wallpaper design. With decades of combined expertise in design, product development, and global sourcing, Jenny and Venetia set out to build something different: a pet brand that blends form and function, beauty and care.

Over the past eight years, Love My Human has grown into a trusted name in the world of luxury pet care – known for its unique blend of style, practicality, and uncompromising quality.

What began as a boutique on London’s King’s Road has since expanded into the Love My Human Townhouse – a first-of-its-kind wellness destination offering dog daycare and a dog-friendly café. More than just a retail space, Love My Human has become a vibrant community hub for pets and the people who love them.

That direct, hands-on experience has shaped the brand’s product development journey. From countless conversations with customers to daily interactions with dogs themselves, the team behind Love My Human has gathered invaluable insights into what truly matters. The result is a product line that marries elegant design with everyday functionality – pieces that are durable, beautifully made, and created with real pets in mind.

Each product is developed in collaboration with trusted manufacturing partners across the UK, China, India, Turkey, Poland, and Italy. The range includes everything from plush, supportive pet beds and charming, hard-wearing toys to a thoughtfully formulated grooming line based on the expertise of Love My Human’s in-house salon team.

Even the packaging tells a story – featuring whimsical illustrations of the King’s Road storefront and some of the brand’s most beloved four-legged clients, all printed on eco-friendly, sustainable materials that reflect Love My Human’s commitment to conscious production.
